The SuperCoater has been designed to carry out the most complex coating programmes. At the heart of the machine is a fully perforated coating pan, housed in a sanitary cabinet of double-wall construction. The Super Coater's associated systems are uncomplicated, reliable & simple to maintain thus providing savings in labor costs & downtime.

Unrestricted air flow & unequalled thermodynamic efficiency have been the emphasis of the the SuperCoater SC 48. The latest plenum design is shaped to exactly match the bed geometry, while creating a perfect cascading movement of the tablets, assuring maximum drying & exposure to the spray.

The Air Handling Units:
  • These units are fully modular & can be accommodated as per the requirements of the customer.
  • In select models, AC Variable Frequency drives are fitted to the process & exhaust air blower assemblies� This provides a wide range of process air volumes & pressure control.
  • Process air handling units are modular. Electrical components, including blower motor, instrumentation & actuators are pre-wired to junction boxes equipped with disconnects. Spark-resistant blowers are internally isolated within the cabinet.
  • Air Handling Systems can be fitted with process air bypass capabilities.
  • Exhaust air modules are industrial grade & supplied with spark-resistant capabilities. Blowers are equipped with differential pressure sensing system to ensure proper balance in the coating pan. Exhaust air filtration modules can be adapted to meet environmental requirements.
  • The Air Handling Systems are sized to match geographic locations for optimum economy of operation & year-round availability of process conditions.
  • The unit is modular & contains HEPA filters, necessary heating & cooling coils & other necessary modules.
